In this course, the students will learn how to make handmade fresh and dried pasta, filled pastas and accompanying sauces at a level found in top restaurants. The menu includes fettuccini with herbs and oven roasted tomatoes; bowtie pasta with prawns, leak and vodka cream sauce; ricotta, pumpkin and pine nut ravioli. They should bring - 2 tea towels,apron, dishcloth, Sharp knife, drink of their choice, takeaway containers for any leftover food.
This course will take place in the Junior Campus which is located at the corner of Park Road and Power Ave, Alexandria.
