About the institution
Understanding the Italian Mediterranean diet is the key to understanding one of the oldest Italian practices, making fresh pasta and sauces. Students will learn the simple techniques and the right formula for making delicious home-made pasta and pasta sauces, learn how and when to use ingredients to improve taste and healthy eating. Cook up simple everyday dishes and some more complex ones to wow your family and friends. They will learn how to make a variety of pastas including ravioli, tortellini, lasagna and flavoured fettuccini.
