The Postgraduate Certificate in Educational System Leadership is a 40 credit point degree that will normally be taken on a part-time basis. It is specifically tailored for practitioners who are employed in leadership roles in Catholic school systems, or networks of congregational schools.
The Postgraduate Certificate in Educational System Leadership aims to develop in students values, attitudes, knowledge and skills in Educational System Leadership that will enable them to:
* be effective in promoting and enhancing the quality of teaching and learning and the quality of religious education in Catholic school systems;
* influence their systems and organisations through a commitment to religious, ethical, moral and professional standards; and
* facilitate efficient and effective leadership, governance and administrative practices.
