In this course, skills covered are undertake responsibilities regarding RRTWCs as outlined in the Act; apply a working knowledge of the Act; conduct, plan and co-ordinate individual workplace RTW plans for injured workers in accordance with best practice guidelines. effectively communicate with injured workers, managers and all treating professionals involved in the RTW process and monitor and review the coordination of individual RTW plans.
