About the institution
The Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) is an accredited course by the Liquor Licensing Victoria (LLV). This course is essential for individuals who wish to work in the hospitality industry. The RSA course will provide participants with the necessary skills and legal requirements to sell and serve alcohol. Upon completion of the programme, participants will receive a manual and certificate issued by LLV.

The topics covered in this course include:
- Legal requirements for the sale and service of alcohol;
- harm minimisation and duty of care;
- problems and managing patrons;
- assessment and monitoring of patron intoxication levels; and
- advising patrons on 'standard drinks' and the effects of alcohol.
