The Responsible Service of Gaming course is part of the Victorian gaming industry's ongoing commitment to the implementation of responsible gaming practices. This nationally accredited program has been developed to meet the needs of gaming in Victoria (from both an employee and a customer perspective). This course provides gaming staff and potential gaming staff with the necessary knowledge and skills required to develop responsible, caring and professional service in the gaming environment, so that the negative potential for harm is minimised.
