This course will enable participants to develop the knowledge, skills and attitudes required to competently perform the role of a skilled trainer and facilitator in the Workplace and the VET sector generally. Participants satisfying the evidence requirements will be able to create a meaningful learning environment, develop the skills and knowledge to manage the learning process, provide learner support and consultancy services in training, coordinate trainers in their work and develop quality assurance systems. When learners complete this statement, they will be able to plan and deliver training personal and group training in a seminar or organisational environment. This course may provide them with employment opportunities such as: Training officer positions, trainers and assessors in a Registered Training Organisation (RTO). Completion of the core units of this qualification gives advanced standing in the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
