In the Qigong Shibashi sets, 18 exercises that are the basics of the art of Tai Chi, will learn the correct way to breath, correct posture and movements to gain harmony and reduce stress. The Chinese practice of Qigong to improve and maintain their health and fitness. The Shibashi I class is recommended for beginners to develop their skills before moving deeper into the art, it is recommended but not required.
