This course will provide students with essential techniques for planning and managing projects. These techniques assist with:
• constructing a business plan,
• applying project selection measures,
• specifying scope,
• managing time and cost,
• resource planning and
• representing project activities using software.

These techniques will be taught in the context of case studies.
