In this course students can learn how to cook the popular North-East Thai street dishes rarely found in Sydney�s Thai Restaurants. Thai people love these dishes. It can be found everywhere from street food stands to restaurants in Thailand. This course will introduce North-East Thai recipes, with an emphasis on using simple and traditional techniques and dishes that are light on the calories.
