If students have completed a basic food hygiene course (Follow Workplace Hygiene Procedures) and need to upgrade their qualifications to become a Food Safety Supervisor. On successful completion of the required unit students will receive a Statement of Attainment for THHBCC11B Implement Food Safety from Certificate II in Hospitality.
