The small business faces challenges to grow in the local and global markets. To meet these challenges and to spread business wings in both local and global markets a technology with a global reach is required. Web is the solution. A web catalogue or online brochure can increase product awareness worldwide giving global accessability. On course completion participants will be able to understand and develop their own database-driven website. Specifically they would be capable of: building website architecture, designing the logo for the company, designing their own web based product catalogue using photo editing technologies and PHP MySQL database, understanding of database and database driven web technologies, understanding content management system, understanding shopping cart and how to utilise them, applying search engine optimisation in website, applying online marketing in the website, understanding web hosting technology and understanding e-mail basics and online communications. This is a TAFE plus Statement program.
Students can enrol online or they can download an application form, fill it with appropriate details and send it by fax, by mail, by phone or in person.
