A community managed organization and venue for community organizations. Providing an opportunity to meet people, establish friendships and learn new skills by being involved with communities. The Forest Lakes / Thornlie Family Centre is an incorporated non-profit making charity. The building is owned by Department for Community Development and managed by a group of volunteers drawn from the regular user groups in the centre.
