ECEC is funded through the Division of Adult, Community and Further Education to provide a range of courses, activities, workshops and events ranging from accredited vocational courses to literacy and numeracy and general education classes. Recreational activities such as crafts, cookery or garden design are delivered on a fee-for-service basis. ECEC is managed by a voluntary committee of management comprised of local people.
