YWCA Victoria is a non-religious, community organisation which is committed to promoting equality and fair opportunities for women. The organisation provides disadvantaged women with basic services like housing, employment and training. Mentoring and creative programmes are also introduced to enhance the employment opportunity and lifeskills of these marginalised women.
