Hi, I am an international student studying diploma in hospitality in Adelaide and I have done bachelors of commerce from India and I want to do a masters in teaching could you please help me to choose a masters course and from which uni should I do the course and the fee structure, duration for the whole course.

The University of Adelaide offers a Master of Education program, as well as two additional Master of Education postgraduate courses, one of which allows you to focus on mathematics and technology, and another on science and technology. Each of these three Masters programs is two years (full time) in duration.

The Master of Education program provides advanced career options for trainers across various industries e.g. police, nursing or business; to teach in higher education including the TAFE and university sectors; education consultants; and/or to enhance existing qualifications as a teacher. On completion of the specialist Master of Education programs, graduates may seek to undertake further comprehensive research, play key leadership roles in education and the community, and sustain their professional growth and edge in the areas of math or science and technology education.

Because you are an international student, you will be required to pay your course fees upfront. The institution will provide you with an invoice, and the fee will depend on which classes you undertake. Most subjects appear to be priced at about $500-$600 per subject. You will need to apply directly with the University of Adelaide to gain entry into the course.

The University of South Australia offers a range of Master of Education programs which focuses on other areas such as Catholic, early childhood, junior, primary, middle and secondary education.
