If you’re interested in making a career out of organising and coordinating festivals and other events, the Gold Coast Institute of TAFE offers a Diploma of Events which gives you the skills and qualification needed to gain entry in the exciting field. As part of the course, you will also get hands-on experience from an industry placement.
You can apply for the diploma via QTAC as either a Year 12 student or as a mature age student. You will need sound achievement in English and Mathematics. If you have any experience in the field, you may be eligible for a RPL.
