The TAFE NSW - NORTH COAST INSTITUTE TAFE Plus Statement in Barista Coffee Preparation course will teach you how to serve an espresso coffee. You will learn everything from a Cappuccino to Latte, Ristretto to Affogato. The Barista Coffee preparation course is an introductory course for people who are entering the hospitality industry or people looking to refine their skills to produce a better Espresso Coffee. There is also an advanced barista course offered at the North Coast Institute of TAFE which you could follow the introductory course with.
