Cengage offers a support network to students, with online tutors who are passionate about helping students, as well as a team of mentors who are available to motivate and assist students while they study. Students are able to access support both online at the Student Portal, or call a toll free number listed on their website.
Diana Timmins, who studied a course in Freelance Journalism, said: "The tutors were fantastic, offering me lots of extra assistance. Their feedback and support inspired me to complete the course.”
