WILLIAM ANGLISS INSTITUTE OF TAFE

The William Angliss Institute of TAFE is a government-funded TAFE Institute that provides vocational training and selected degrees (Bachelor of Tourism and Hospitality Management & Bachelor of Culinary Management) in the hospitality, tourism and food industries.

The courses offered by the institute include:

  • culinary,
  • food science & technology,
  • business,
  • hospitality,
  • confectionery manufacturing,
  • meat processing (butchery),
  • cookery & patisserie,
  • resort management,
  • tourism,
  • events,
  • travel, and
  • entertainment operations.

Students at the institute can also expect to have work placement opportunities in the hospitality, tourism and food & beverage industries.

The William Angliss Institute also offers short courses in:

  • culinary,
  • compliance (food safety, responsible use of alcohol, gaming) and
  • coffee making among other courses.
